Went through an almost 7 month recruiting process for 3 separate jobs. Each interview cycle they wanted me to conduct in totality (HM screening, team interview, presentation, VP). I wasn't sure why it took so many rounds to assess my skills.

Interviews were drawn out for over a month then had to wait for 3 weeks to be told they went with someone else. The people were very nice and polite I was just disappointed about how long they drew the process out telling you the whole time how munched they loved you then you say no

An initial screen to give a brief on the role and get a read of the applicant.
A more in-depth conversation with team members in which they address more of the day-to-day, team dynamics and assess your fit.
A final round with the line manager for the role so they can gain an understanding of the applicant's experience and fit.
