Interview
At the time they were hiring licensed agents and basically would hire just about anyone. I did appreciate the fact that they are an EEO employer. You had to answer questionnaire about your computer skills and fill out application prior to your one on one interview.
The interview process went smoothly with a remote interview and an in person one. The individual interviewing me asked good questions and was able to answer mine. I didn’t end up getting an offer although the interviewer seemed interested
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
When is a time you received negative feedback and how did you respond to it?
The interview process felt disorganized and unprofessional. Candidates were asked to wait in a group setting on office bleachers for approximately four hours before speaking with a team lead. The extended wait time, combined with the informal setup, did not create a strong first impression of the company’s professionalism or respect for applicants’ time.
Most of the hiring appeared to be conducted in a group format rather than through individualized interviews, which made the process feel impersonal. A more structured and timely approach to interviewing would greatly improve the candidate experience.
