You are required to take a test related to the work you will be doing as a Data Collector. Once you pass the test, you will be scheduled an interview. Mine consisted of 5 people, most of who were quite welcoming. However, I felt a select few on the panel were trying to write me off immediately. I would provide my answers, many of which were well received in mock interviews, and later they were either questioned for clarity or used as qualities they weren’t looking for. Regardless, I am still grateful for the interview as I now see it as an experience to learn and grow from.
