Getting the interview was easy. 1st step was a phone interview, which went well. Within a few days I was set up with an in person interview. Thats the end of the good part of the process.
The interview itself was awful and unprofessional. Right off the bat I was asked what logistics is and to talk about my experience. I was then told I was wrong and that the experience I had in the industry, which was with a fortune 500 company and one of the world's top 3PLs, was not real logistics experience.
At that point the interview should have stopped because I was clearly not what the guy wanted, despite going through the phone interview and going through my work experience with them. Instead the guy continued, and at multiple points in the interview got very combative and argumentive with me. At multiple points in the interview he insulted my career choices and my reasoning for going back to work, which brought up what I was looking for as far as pay, and basically told me that they wouldn't pay me enough to make it worth the time.
Finally, the cherry on top was when he questioned how I got my current managerial job with the experience I have. When I told him, he looked at me like I was an idiot.
If you're planning on interviewing here, good luck.
