It was honestly just a couple phone calls with the managers and some zoom calls. The process took some time, but the questions were not too difficult and you did not need a background in welding just maybe be a learning mindset.

Do you have any knowledge on laser, welding, or cutting?

2 Interviews, 1 online, 1 in-person. The first included IQ style testing, general interview testing and a deep dive into physics and chemistry knowledge regarding lasers and material science. The second had even more of the latter 2 styles and included a tour of the facilities.
