Interview
A standard behavioral interview. e.g. Describe a time you did ________ and what were the results. The interview was conducted by a panel of five managers. The interview took about 45 minutes. You have to sign a non-disclosure agreement prior to the interview basically promising that you will not reveal the interview questions to anyone. You are not given any results after the interview, you have to wait to see if you are contacted with a job offer. If you do you get a job offer the first you know that you didn't get the job is when other candidates are being promoted. The entire process from applying until you find out if you got the job is months long. It is so long in fact that I applied for positions with the agency and often had forgotten about the opening by the time anyone was promoted.
