Interview
Nothing special. Just ask the reason and your understanding about semiconductor. But you have to wait a long time because they are always not on time. If you don't have any English certification, you also have to take a test like simple version TOEIC there.
Few behavior question and also ask you some basic semi-conducter knowledge. Such as DIBL and basic concept of MOSFET. It's not that hard just to make sure you can tell the concept fluently

How do you solve technical problems when you get stuck
Standard interview with HR then Team Members. Very relaxed and calm interview environment and interviewers were friendly. Each interview took about an hour each and was ranging from technical and behavioral queations.
