Interview
It started with Behavioral Questions and Technical Questions. The behavioral questions pertained to classes I have taken and the projects listed on my resume. The technical questions were based on knowledge of a semiconductor fabrication process and the properties of a semiconductor. I was also asked if I would be willing to train in Taiwan.
Few behavior question and also ask you some basic semi-conducter knowledge. Such as DIBL and basic concept of MOSFET. It's not that hard just to make sure you can tell the concept fluently

Can you describe a challenge you faced and how you handled it?
How do you solve technical problems when you get stuck
Standard interview with HR then Team Members. Very relaxed and calm interview environment and interviewers were friendly. Each interview took about an hour each and was ranging from technical and behavioral queations.
