HR recruiter will send the email with Microsoft team link to you. On the day of the interview, you just need to click in the link, and you can start the video interview with the manager.

1. Introduction
2. What situation will you quit the job?
3. How do you utilize the engineering concepts to solve the issue of your job?
4. Could you accept the shift every week?
Few behavior question and also ask you some basic semi-conducter knowledge. Such as DIBL and basic concept of MOSFET. It's not that hard just to make sure you can tell the concept fluently
Self intro, Why are you interested in this position? What are your strengths and weaknesses？
Can you describe a challenge you faced and how you handled it?
How do you solve technical problems when you get stuck
Standard interview with HR then Team Members. Very relaxed and calm interview environment and interviewers were friendly. Each interview took about an hour each and was ranging from technical and behavioral queations.
