Three stages, you first interview with a junior manager, then HR, then the senior manager. Questions mainly designed to access how you work under pressure, not much technical. The majority of the pay comes from bonuses.

What would you do if you had a team member that underperforms and you constantly had to cover their work for them?
Few behavior question and also ask you some basic semi-conducter knowledge. Such as DIBL and basic concept of MOSFET. It's not that hard just to make sure you can tell the concept fluently
Self intro, Why are you interested in this position? What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Can you describe a challenge you faced and how you handled it?
How do you solve technical problems when you get stuck
Standard interview with HR then Team Members. Very relaxed and calm interview environment and interviewers were friendly. Each interview took about an hour each and was ranging from technical and behavioral queations.
