Interview
This was a campus recruiting. Three interviewers conducted the interview. One of the is the vice manager of the department. The other two are alumni who graduated from our school a few years ago. They’re pretty nice. Each of them stood up and shake hands with me at the beginning and the end.
Few behavior question and also ask you some basic semi-conducter knowledge. Such as DIBL and basic concept of MOSFET. It's not that hard just to make sure you can tell the concept fluently

Can you describe a challenge you faced and how you handled it?
How do you solve technical problems when you get stuck
Standard interview with HR then Team Members. Very relaxed and calm interview environment and interviewers were friendly. Each interview took about an hour each and was ranging from technical and behavioral queations.
