Normal interviews based on personality questions. There isn't much technical information that is required to complete these interviews. No engineering manager was present at the time of recruiting. I would recommend atlwast some cursory knowledge of semiconductors prior to going into the interview. Interviews from years back mostly focus on glazing TSMC with as many compliments as can fit into a single sentence as well as praise for the founder who is revered.
