Don't bother with TSR! A representative at TSR out of Edison NJ called me about this job at e-Trade, which I'd never heard of nor applied for -- totally a cold call. I know the brand, so decided I'd accommodate them by interviewing spur of the moment that afternoon. I spoke to a director. Ended up getting an in-person interview with two people. Showed up in proper attire, showed a great attitude. I have heard absolutely nothing from the TSR recruiter handling e-Trade. Nothing. And when I followed up she was very rude. I will not be returning calls from TSR in the future after putting in such a futile effort all due to their lack of caring and following up with me.
