I first did a long phone interview (90 minutes), and then many weeks later came in for an in-person interview that lasted about the same length. It was very repetitive--we went over every point in my entire resume both times. The woman I interviewed with was very nice and kept sort of making my points for me--I would describe an earlier job function and she would relate it to why I would be great at the job she was offering, so I had the idea that I was a shoe-in from the start. I was not offered the job in the end and it came as a COMPLETE shock.
