I applied for the position directly on-line and they contacted me the next day. We discussed a lot of questions and the lady asked me if I would like to have a phone interview with her. I said yes so she arranged it for the next day and never called me back. I was frustrated with this kind of behavior. After a couple of weeks I applied for the same position by mistake. In a couple of days I received a call from another lady, but I couldn't speak that time so she asked me if I will be able to speak tomorrow, I said yes, she promissed to call and never did. Horrible attitude. So unprofessional, couldn't even expect enything like this from TSYS.
