In July, I received a phone call from a recruiter to schedule an interview with the hiring manager. The interview was the following week and was conducted over the phone. It was a basic/standard interview that went well. The hiring manager explained details about position and asked me the usual interview questions. He made it sound they needed an AA ASAP, and assured me he would be contacting interviewees the following week. I followed up with an email to the hiring manager the following week - no response. I followed up with an email to the recruiter who told me she hadn’t heard anything back from the hiring manager. After a couple more weeks, I followed up with another email to the hiring manager who assured me they were making a decision “the following week!” The “following week” came by and I hadn’t heard anything back. It is now 2+ months after my interview, and I still haven’t heard anything!
