HR contacted and scheduled the interview. She was nice and polite however the one who conducted the interview was horrible. He was nowhere professional in his behavior and didn't value the interviewee. Even a little unavoidable disturbance that too from the outside was not bearable to him. Moreover he asks the female candidates to lower the camera while interviewing. This has been my horrible experience so far. I disconnected from the interview right then and spoke about the same to HR and she could understand was sorry about all this. Such people should never be hired and never be given any chance to interview.

Tsys interviews can be inconsistent. Sometimes interviewers seem disengaged, asking very few questions, making it hard to showcase skills. Even after checking if I was audible, there was little response. Overall, the process felt less interactive and not deeply evaluative.

Process was easy and superfast. On the same day i was offered. It was exhausting as multiple rounds were there but worth. All the rounds happened the same day ( Technical, HR, Managerial)
