I got referred by a current employee. The process comes with a simple Hackerrank online testing and a round of video interview with the manager and one of the dev on team. The recruiter keeps confused the 2 positions I applied (to the end I'm still not sure which position they got me into). Interview was relatively easy. The offer is way below my expectation so I reply politely asking if there's a chance to negotiate. And I'm kinda offended by the recruiter's reply (basically saying good luck finding that salary range with my current years of experience. lol but my current employee offers a lot more than they gave. So it's very funny that they reply like that ). Overall not great experience.
