It was a 2 round interview process. The first round was with Mr John and team, where I was asked questions related to designation,my previous experiences. I was given time to give my introduction,acquired skills,my goals and how I was as a team player. Also John and team had a questionnaire related to Client side queries and how I would have reacted to the same and what resolution would I have come up for solving the same. The second round was the technical round, where I was asked questions related to Computer Science Engineering concepts. The interview went smooth with 2 questions unanswered as I had doubt and did not want to give a wrong answer and for the same the team lauded for being honest about it. By far I think the process of hiring is great, as the main thing to be tested is if the person being interviewed understands his JD and is willing to jump into providing Clients with their requirements.
