I interviewed at TSYS|Total System Services (Pune)
Interview
The interview process consisted of three rounds. The first was a technical round, followed by a techno-managerial round, and finally an HR round. Each round focused on different aspects of evaluation during the interview process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
During the technical round, they asked questions on OOPs concepts, discussed project experience, and gave simple coding problems such as reversing a string and calculating the factorial of a number using recursion. In the techno-managerial round, the discussion was purely casual with no technical questions. It felt like they were not genuinely interested in hiring and were conducting the process merely for formality, wasting candidates’ time.
I applied online. I interviewed at TSYS|Total System Services
Interview
Mine overall exerprience of interview process is very unpleasant! HR is very unprofessional didn't sent a mail of updates of interview process! i have cleared all the round in drive still didn't get offer due to compensation. Mine advice would be for management to ask expected CTC before the interview why to schedule the interview & waste time if you don't have a budget! First Round Coding Round - Asked simple coding aptitude questions & java, spring boot questions. Second Round Coding Round - Asked simple coding aptitude questions & java, spring boot questions. Third Round Managerial - Asked coding question strangely & little bit design! Fourth Round HR - Asked current & expected CTC Then they never communicated further!
