I interviewed for the position of Senior PHP Software Engineer at TSYS Corp on May 21, 2025. The process included a phone screening followed by a scheduled technical round. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The interviewer joined the call late and appeared rushed throughout the conversation. No technical questions were asked, and the discussion was abruptly ended with a vague statement that the HR team would follow up. When I asked if the interview had concluded, the panel simply responded with "no," which added to the confusion. This lack of communication and professionalism left a negative impression. I hope the company takes steps to improve its interview process and show greater respect for candidates' time and expectations.
