I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at TTEC (Orlando, FL) in Apr 2017
Interview
I was contacted through email probably like a couple days after I had filled out the application on indeed. The sent me a invitation to the interview, which included the time, the address and what to bring. The interview was for 2pm and they started on time. It was a group interview and there was five of us. They asked us a series of questions that you couldn't really give a wrong answer to unless you tried. The interviewers were really nice and made us feel really comfortable. They told us what we would have to look forward to, had we been offered the job. It only took an hour. I actually enjoyed it. Best interview I have ever done.

Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
