I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Kinston, NC) in Jun 2018
Interview
Interview consist of six people in a zoom meeting. The interview started out with riddle joking questions that had nothing to do with the job. This was a work from home position which was banking. Interviewer was more concerned about why I left my previous job, rather than my skill set for the company. They want to hire people who have no idea of the mess and shadiest of company. It was a complete huge waste of time. There were only six people who attended the interview and one guy left because of those dumb riddle questions in the beginning. For the ones moving on to the next process, they will find out how much of a hot mess this company is. Just collect that training check if you stay. 😕💯
First interview was a phone interview, the second interview was a group interview followed by a breakout session into a 3 person group. Interview process was very straightforward and easy.
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.
