Interview
It was a 2-part interview. First part was with 2 members of Talent Aquisation with basic interview questions. They also gave a scenario of the types of calls that postion takes and ask how you would handle it. They also give you an online assessment. Second part of the interview was a group interview with a Team Lead to go more into the types of calls the position takes and the importance of customer service.
Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
