Interview
Fill out application online, do questionare along with application. you are emailed a few days later with an interview offer. You go to a link within the email and start the interview. You will not speak with a person the questions are recorded and you respond to the questions. If you mess up you can rerecord your responses. The interview questions are listed below.

Have you recently worked in the Customer Service Industry? Please tell me about your most recent experience and how long you were employed in the position?

What did you like best about the position you just described? What did you like the least?

Tell me about a time when you have had to deal with a difficult customer. What did you do?

Tell me about a specific work related situation in which you had to adjust quickly to a change. What did you do?
5.
Describe a time when you experienced a project change or organizational change. What was the degree of change and how did you feel about it?

Tell me about a time at work, when you had to persuade someone to do something. What was your goal and what was the outcome
Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
