I Interviewed on zoom with a group for a hour. Got told to wait for an offer letter and still haven’t received information. Only told to wait. I’m irritated because I need a job and they are taking their precious time. On top of not answering my emails and calls.

What is your favorite job you ever worked at? And why?
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

How you would handle a situation with a customer who keeps talking after you've solved their problem.
Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
