I have never had correspondence with a company that has been this disorganized.
From not receiving a zoom link for my first interview, then the next day getting a surprise one scheduled without my confirmation an hour before it was supposed to happen, to the interviewee not connecting with me after completing the first round (even though he said he would), and to the constant barrage of messages stating that "I have an interview coming up" even though I had completed the first and had been explained to that if I didn't have a Microsoft computer I would not be able to work for them. (Don't apply if you use Apple).
For a company responsible for outsourced customer service, they have terrible customer service and communication.
The interview was fine enough, your basic group interview. The difference was that they brought people for interviews only to state that they were not hiring candidates from locations where they were located, which meant they took time out of their day for it then got turned away within the first 5 minutes.
There is an utter lack of communication with this company, and their extreme vagueness and lack of any sort of comprehension as to what people interviewing for positions right now may be going through.
DO NOT waste your time applying for work with them unless you are utterly desperate.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How to handle customer service situations. Typical questions along those lines.
Group interviews where you hear about the position ro determine if you want it. You may speak to someone individually but not always. Then you are sent an offer letter if indicating interest
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Question 1
How you would handle a situation with a customer who keeps talking after you've solved their problem.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
