I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at TTEC (Ottawa, ON) in Jan 2022
Interview
First: I received a phone call asking about my application. I just needed to confirm my interest and they booked an interview for the next week.
The first interview: It was a group interview via zoom. The HR presented the company and asked everybody to talk about themselves and about their availability to work on weekends.
Immediately after this interview, I received an email with a test. This test was about English communication skills. I completed the test and the next week I received another email, for a second interview.
The second group interview was via zoom as well.
They asked us our opinion about certain situations, they also made some questions that we needed to answer in private via the zoom chat. And the last part of the interview was to check our communication skills in our mother language (the first part was all in English, and this second part was in our mother language).

Great! All responses were provided in a shared/ open environment between all other new hires, allowing for a more transparent process. Breaking the ice with a deconstructed version of a traditional introduction.
It is a group video interview using Zoom. I would day about 10 people. Fun and informative . Everyone introduces themselves then are asked a question individually. Waited about 2 weeks for a acceptance.
