I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Saint John, NB) in Apr 2022
Interview
Everything was online, we did a test and then we had an interview via Zoom. Smooth and clear. The tests were in an online setting, which I think it's great, because you don't have to go to the workplace to pass the selection stage. You have to test your computer and internet to be able to work from home and it was also a clear and easy process.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
They ask you different questions about customer service, such as "if a customer is angry and you can't provide the answer they want, what would you do?"
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How you would handle a situation with a customer who keeps talking after you've solved their problem.
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
