Interview
While the initial interview process went pretty smoothly, the foll-up was extremely unfortunate. I thought I had a great connection with the interviewers, and I tried to follow-up with the HR Talent person on multiple occasions, but never could get responses and the only reason I found out that I didn't get the position was because I looked on their job board to see the status of the position. The lack of communication and just treating a higher position candidate like this leaves a LOT to be desired.
