The interview process was very easy. 1. They provided a script to read and record over the phone. 2. Recruiter contacted me within a couple of days and offered the position.

Years of experience, Hours available, Was I able to provide a quiet location? Discuss how I would handle and irate customer and win them over.
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
