I applied online. I interviewed at TTEC (Bakersfield, CA) in May 2023
Interview
The interview process consists of a virtual hiring event followed by a phone interview. The virtual hiring event is pretty straightforward. You're on Zoom with various other prospective job candidates and they mostly discuss what is expected of us and what the company does. Afterward, they'll ask people individually why they are a good fit for the job. If you make it to the phone interview it is quite long but straightforward.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a scenario where you've had to provide customer service to an uncooperative, irate customer. How did you handle the situation?
I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at TTEC in May 2026
Interview
It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
I am a fresher and attended the interview process. The hiring process was well-organized. HR was responsive and guided properly. It is a good opportunity for beginners to start their career.
