      The interview process at Assurion was a positive experience. It started with a phone screening, where I discussed my background and interest in the role. The interviewer was friendly and engaging, making me feel at ease. The next step was an in-person interview with the hiring manager. We discussed my resume in detail, and they asked me some basic questions about my experience and skills. I felt prepared for these questions and answered them confidently. The hiring manager was impressed with my knowledge and enthusiasm. The final stage was a panel interview with a group of team members. This was a great opportunity to learn more about the team dynamics and the company culture. The panel asked me some behavioral questions, such as how I handle stressful situations and how I work in a team environment. I used the STAR method to answer these questions, providing specific examples from my past experience. Overall, the interview process at Assurion was well-organized and professional. The interviewers were all friendly and helpful, and I felt comfortable throughout the process. I was impressed with the company culture and the team's dedication to customer service.

      I was emailed a link to complete an online assessment. Questions included scenario questions, skill test, and personality quiz. They asked for camera access, but to my knowledge didn't need it. They also performed a speed test of my home internet connection.

      It was basically all just text messaging with someone. At first i was skeptical due to never being interviewed just through text but the more it progressed to easier it got. They just ask you questions and you just answer honestly, or at least that is what I did.
