Panel style interview questioned by a room full of people was somewhat awkward and intimidating. Very serious group of people, not conversational more formal interview style. Did not provide much follow up. I was up front that I was looking for a remote position before the interview. They seemed like they were open to it but then in person were pressuring me into in person work which I declined.
