TTTECH Computertechnik Product Manager interview questions

Applied through the company’s internet page, for a high profile position. Received a rather quick reply from TTTech enquiring more details like a University Diploma (rather weird in the early stages of an interview and considering a +5 years experience, but ok) and that they will contact me. Two months!!! later I received an invitation for a skype interview (first interview) Unfortunately at this stage it was no longer interesting since finding a job in the IT market for an experienced engineer with great skills is less than a month. If I may give an advise: Move faster in the interview stages or risk losing talent available on the market.
