I don't think the interviewer had a clue as to what Enterprise sales or account management entailed.
No follow up or communication for four weeks after interview. Eventually received an email saying I hadn't been successful. If this is how you treat candidates before they join your company I can only dread what happens after someone joins.
Worst interview experience ever.

HR Recruiter - resume review and market experience focus
Hiring manager - focus is on territory knowledge and personality fit with team.
Regional VP - corporate culture focus.
Product Demo - Required for all hires. You have to go through the same process prospective customers go through to trial the solution. It's a peer and management review.
Final interview - focus is "do you get what Tableau is about".
If anyone says " no hire" along the way, you're done.
