Thank you for your feedback. During the initial phone screening process, we do verify employment, employment dates, and education. We inquire about the primary duties and responsibilities at each employer and gauge education and experience as it relates to the position applied for to determine if a candidate should proceed into the next phase of the interview process, a face to face interview. Our HR representatives provided detailed information on the interview process and are always willing to provide additional guidance and answer questions that arise during the interview and application process. Our support representatives work in a technical capacity to support our software, therefore as part of our interview process, we do ask that the completion of electronic fillable forms, such as an Application Form, are submitted. In addition, to promote health and safety for all of our employees and the general public in correlation to COVID-19 we have implemented these and other measures to utilize more electronic means of communications and forms that have proven successful with a wide range of candidates. This is the first negative review we have received with the online process. To date almost all applicants have managed through the online application process with very little or no assistance.
