I applied online. I interviewed at Taco Bell (Council Bluffs, IA) in Sep 2020
Interview
I sat and spoke with the hiring manager . He asked me details about myself before he asked me the normal questions like why did you choose us. Than he asked me about my roles at my old jobs then asked what I use to make at my job prior and he offered me the job on spot and I’m starting off with what I was making at my last job which is awesome!!

And if I had questions for him
Walked in, sat at table and got asked a couple questions about my availability -and preferences for the job. Very casual, not stressful at all, talked about paperwork and expectations as well as employee benefits. Asked if I had reliable transportation.
I had two interviews and they were really nice I started working a few days later after the second interview. The interviews were very easy, fast, comfortable, nice, calm and great.
