I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Taco Bell (New York, NY) in May 2012
Interview
The interview process was very fast the manager offered em something to drink and took out what looked like flashcards with questions on them basically asking me how i would handle certain situations, all dealing with customer and employee interaction like how would you answer their questions and what would you do if someone became angry with you. It was over quickly and I got hired on the spot. She asked me what size shirt I wore and she had to call a number where they asked me basically security questions for HR and i signed some paperwork and then I was done. I was told when I was to start and I left. Very painless. I enjoyed working for this company and I was with them for almost four years before i took another job. Good stepping stone while going to school.
Went well but they didn’t hire me after turning down my application 2 other times for whatever reason and that being the third. They don’t actually care about hiring employees and their management is lazy.
It was very quick an easy, the manager she was very polite. She asked couple questions also ask if I needed to tell her anything so overall nice interview I left really confident with interview so yea.
It was thorough but not too annoying. They kept it brief while at the same time asking a lot of questions and being very stern. It was an overall good interview although I never got called back for the job. I assume the position was filled by a more trustworthy candidate as I was not giving off that impression at the time.
