Taco Bell interview questions

Manager sat down at one of the tables and asked about my previous work experience and what I study in school. Asked how flexible my schedule is and if I would be willing to work nights. The overall process was very casual and the manager was seemed to care about me showing up on time rather than my motivations to work there and if I had any relevant abilities or skills.

It was really easy. When I first got there I just told them my name and what time my interview was at. I had to wait a few minutes until my interviewer came out. She was really nice, and had a really calming voice, which was great because I was really nervous. At first, she asked me about my availability and she told me that if they decided to hire me, that I wouldnt work too many hours. (A lot of teenagers my age already worked there) And then she pulled out 4 sets of big cards, each set had a different color, and she told me to choose 1 card from each color. She asked me questions from the cards that I chose.
