As a third generation company, I was surprised by the poor communication and professionalism of the company selected to manage the recruitment process. While the family members have a good reputation in the industry in providing quality products and service to customers, they completely failed when it came to human resources and recruitment process and all that entails. I am sure Kristi Tacony is a busy CEO, but you are the BOSS and today, you not only lost a potential associate but more importantly a Tacony product evangelist and a "customer for life".
