Interview
The professionalism was lacking especially from the VP during the interview. Doing a presentation is part of the process and I was hesistant to do it but went with it anyways. I was asked to give a presentation and she pointed out a section which was not part of the outline of the presentation they requested originally. She didn’t even give me the courtesy to finish the presentation, gave me her feedback and basically told me I wasn’t getting the job. Soft skills such as this can be taught and the fact that the Vp had no interest in my growth or development says a lot about her department and I’m glad because I would had declined regardless. Their mission is good and I liked it but if the culture led by senior management is like this I don’t want to be a part of it.

Interview
Outdaded use of talent acquisition. HR and hiring manager were in Tel Aviv. Basic questions. Truthfully wasn't excited about the company so didn't plan to move forward however that played out.
