I had a phone interview with HR. The call was short and it looks like she only called because my friend had submitted my CV. she said i lack of analytic background and that is a disadvantage and pointed that other candidate had. she did mention the my design background is good but not enough. Then the big joke was that she offer me a job as analytics specialist. Shame that for a poor HR work i didn't get the chance to prove my self in the home assignment.
