Started with a phone call interview/screening and then was invited to the office to interview in person. They were very good about sending emails with interview schedule and details about who I would be meeting with. I came down for the in person interview and met with the HR manager, recruitment manager, and a recruitment supervisor then job shadowed. The gentleman I interviewed with did not do his research and instead was asking me questions about booking vacations etc (I’m a travel agent) instead of asking me why I’m passionate about HR and why I would want to be a recruiter. I then job shadowed a girl who was very nice, but often talked about going out with staff and having fun. She didn’t show me much besides the basic program and then give me a small tour of the office.
