The process consisted of 3 steps. Initially I was proactively contacted by recruiter as she found my LI profile a good match. Then a short phone call after which f2f interview in Takeda premises. One guy present the other one online. The third round purely obline with two different guys.All went well, questions relevant sometimes tricky and I had to activate my past experiencrs. But I got an offer evetually. The drawback of the whóe story is that tjey do not zave enough budget and I could not accept their offer. Which is pity and we both couldsave lots of time if they know that my expectation is off their possibilities. These situations could be revealed and sotted out during the screening call not after the third round.
