Interview
Met with Store Manager. Went over experience and what she was looking for in a candidate. Sat in small back office but it was quiet, so it was nice. Her staff didn't disrupt her during the interview process. Store was clean and neat, as was office. She was professional and kind, yet personable and easy to speak with.
It was very typical, where do you see yourself in 5 years? Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to change jobs? What do you know about this company?
The interview process was easy and quick. The interview was performed at the store, and it seemed like the manager who interviewed me was distracted by worrying about what was happening while she was out back.
Online first for several calls. Then received a tour of store work. Went to meet with several other managers. For another interview, was able to reschedule with no issues. The main Manager seemed very professional.
