Completed an application in advance of the interview and then interviewed in store with the store manager and the district manager. The interview lasted about an hour and covered a wide range of questions from customer service to store operations to how would you handle a certain type of situation.

It was very typical, where do you see yourself in 5 years? Tell me about yourself. Why do you want to change jobs? What do you know about this company?
The interview process was easy and quick. The interview was performed at the store, and it seemed like the manager who interviewed me was distracted by worrying about what was happening while she was out back.
Online first for several calls. Then received a tour of store work. Went to meet with several other managers. For another interview, was able to reschedule with no issues. The main Manager seemed very professional.
