Talbots is desperate for sales associates; the hours are long and the pay isn't that great although it is above many other retailers. But you earn every cent of it. After the application was submitted I went to another store for an interview. Turns out I knew the manager interviewing me so it was more of a chit chat session than a real interview where I was asked to sell an outfit to her like many others are asked to do.
i had total of three rounds. first was through over phone. second one in person to know more about experience and last to discuss resposibilities and details. everything was directly with the store manager.
