Short and easy, the person I spoke with was very easy to talk to and asked me about myself and my background. It seems like a place where they want to get to know you and make you feel welcome. In my interview, we started working out scheduling and my manager made the process expedited!

i had total of three rounds. first was through over phone. second one in person to know more about experience and last to discuss resposibilities and details. everything was directly with the store manager.
