Easy, relaxed and fast...not intimidating...quick interview asks questions about your previous work and what you like about Talbots. Informal meeting with the hiring manager and then a second "interview" was just a phone call saying that I was hired but it took some time and had to call to check on the status of my application twice

i had total of three rounds. first was through over phone. second one in person to know more about experience and last to discuss resposibilities and details. everything was directly with the store manager.

The manager was really friendly, very much a people's person. Made me very comfortable and ease my nerves
They explained the responsibilities of the role and some expectations such as greeting customers and interacting with them. Overall a very good experience
